1st Squat press attempt, 490 lbs. 3 white lights - good lift. Felt something tear in my left leg - you can see the upper/middle left quad looks strange. Turns out it must have just been a cramp.

2nd Bench Press attempt, 413 lbs, 3 red lights - no lift. Just didn't have it that day and lifted my butt off the bench to get it. Wasn't as easy as it was the week earlier. Shoulder not happy, but I wanted to try it again.

3rd Bench Press attempt, 413 lbs. 3 red lights - no lift. Totally bombed and the spotters had to take the weight. I was done. Shoulder no worse, and after the meet it was no worse for the competition.
